Job summary

Splendid in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time Stylist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each client based on their needs. Representing the brand in all interactions, you will build client relationships and support store operations, while maintaining a neat and engaging environment.

Weekend and night shifts are required; you should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the overall store success.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
• Represents the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Builds client relationships and generates excitement about our product through client outreach.
• Works with Store Manager to set goals for personal skill development.
• Assists the store Management team with non-selling operational tasks including replenishing stock levels, maintaining stockroom organization, and assisting with promotions.
