Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Office Manager to maintain accurate accounting and vendor records. Your responsibilities will include processing and verifying credit card transactions, maintaining online and paper vendor files, creating and maintaining customer folders and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong computer skills.

Blue Water Aquatics, Inc. was founded in 1999 after two long-time friends, Rod Longman and Russell Thompson, decided to leave Corporate America behind and pursue something more meaningful.
It did not take long for the company to begin growing. Just two months later, BWA purchased the assets of an existing water and land management company located in St. Petersburg, Florida. Lake management technician’s daily responsibilities include: mixing and applying restricted use herbicides, following the “label is the law”, identifying algae/plant species, working in the Florida’s unique environment. Boat, ATV/UTV, and backpack work required. Previous experience in the lake, preserve, and wetland management industry is preferred.
