Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping or small business accounting experience.
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience.
• Experience with full-cycle accounting, including AP, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Proven track record handling confidential financial information with accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable and ensure accurate, timely vendor payments.
• Process payroll and maintain employee and contractor payment records.
• Perform bank reconciliations, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records within QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile cash, receipts, ACH transactions, and credit card activity.
• Support leadership with financial data and day-to-day accounting operations.
