Job summary

TheMLSonline.com, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper in Champlin, MN. This on-site role is 15 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Fri 9am–2pm), with a potential to extend to 20 hours during busy periods.

You will manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile banks and credit cards, and produce monthly financial reports using Zoho. We’re a family-owned company that values reliability and discretion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Bonus: Experience working with small businesses or family-run companies.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho.
• Assist with payroll tasks.
• Manage subscriptions and related records.
• Support year-end tax 1099 preparation.
