Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Part Time Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations in Honolulu, Hawaii. Hours are flexible - Monday through Friday only, onsite with parking provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, general bookkeeping, and light administrative tasks. The role suits someone organized, proactive, and capable of independent work in a small-business setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping experience required.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping & accounting tasks as part of daily operations.
• Manage Accounts Payable: verify invoices, track due dates, prepare payments, maintain vendor records.
• Support Accounts Receivable: create invoices, apply payments, follow up on balances.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts regularly.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.
• Monitor expense categories and ensure proper job or project coding.
