Game Haven is a locally owned game store located in Waunakee. We seek a friendly, dependable part-time associate to assist customers, demonstrate products, and help run events in the evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities include operating the register, stocking shelves, and keeping the store welcoming. Prior retail or game-store experience is helpful but enthusiasm and reliability are most important for joining our team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Availability for select evenings and weekend shifts.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to guests of all ages.
• Help customers find and learn about board games, trading card games, RPGs, and related products.
• Operate the cash register and process purchases accurately.
• Stock, organize, and merchandise products in the store.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment.
• Assist with store events and community activities as needed.
• Complete opening, closing, and general store tasks.
• Learn about new products to make informed recommendations.
