Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide supervision and clinical oversight with a flexible hybrid schedule and manageable caseloads, serving children and families across the state.

The role involves conducting assessments, developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, delivering parent training, and maintaining records in CentralReach while collaborating with families and schools for continuity of care.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required.
  • NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain (Required).
  • Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA methodologies.
  • Proficiency with data analysis, treatment modification, and supervision practices.
  • Experience with CentralReach preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Deliver parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions.
  • Maintain timely documentation and clinical records within CentralReach.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in treatment planning, reassessments, and ongoing clinical oversight.
  • Ensure ethical and HIPAA-compliant clinical practice standards.

PART-TIME BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)
North Carolina | Flexible Hybrid ABA Position

Join a growing ABA organization committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to children and families across North Carolina. We are seeking a Part-Time BCBA who values flexibility, manageable caseloads, and meaningful clinical impact.

POSITION DETAILS
  • Location: North Carolina — must reside within the state of North Carolina
  • Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hybrid Schedule
  • Compensation:
    • $110/hour billable rate
    • Administrative rate paid at 50% of the billable hourly rate per client, per week
  • Caseload: Flexible based on availability and geographic region
  • Service Model: Combination of in-person supervision and telehealth services
