Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina offers a hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position serving children and families. You will conduct ABA assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to achieve treatment goals in a flexible, supportive environment.

The role supports in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities with opportunities for career growth and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or active license required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
