Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in a hybrid role combining in-home visits, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time work, strong clinical support, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement as part of a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
  • Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
  • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
  • Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
