Get Set ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) near Baltimore County, MD, offering hybrid/remote scheduling. The role focuses on delivering ABA services to children with autism, supervising RBTs, and developing individualized treatment plans within a supportive clinical leadership structure.

• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS).
• Develop individualized ABA Treatment Plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs.
• Monitor client data and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain all required documentation and ethical compliance.
