Job summary

National Therapy Center in Germantown, MD is seeking a part-time, hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children and families. You’ll conduct functional behavior assessments, design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), supervise RBTs, and collaborate with parents, schools, and other providers to ensure well-rounded care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB) and Maryland licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs and collaborating with families/schools.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments.
• Design and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members.
• Use data to guide decisions and celebrate progress.
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support growth beyond sessions.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and providers to ensure well-rounded care.
