Job summary

TERI is hiring a Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Oceanside, CA. The role supports CAL and Country School programs with approximately 14–28 hours weekly depending on program needs and availability.

Responsibilities include assessments, planning, data analysis, progress monitoring, and collaboration with families and staff. The ideal candidate holds a BCBA, a Master’s degree in a related field, and 3+ years of relevant experience, plus a valid CA driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Master's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Development, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating behavior support plans and analyzing behavioral data.
  • Strong communication, documentation, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Valid California Driver's License, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of personal vehicle insurability.

  • Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans, goals, data collection systems, and progress reports based on individual needs and clinical outcomes.

  • Analyze behavioral data and monitor progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make clinically appropriate recommendations.
  • Provide direct behavioral services and support in program, classroom, home, and/or community settings as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with families, program leadership, direct support professionals, educators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
  • Participate in assessments, intake processes, team meetings, treatment planning, and other activities necessary to ensure high-quality behavioral services.

Education

TERI is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team and provide high-quality behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This is an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise to TERI's Choices for Adult Learning (CAL) and Country School programs, with flexible part-time options based on program needs and your availability. You may support one program for approximately 14 hours per week or combine both programs for approximately 28 hours per week.

The BCBA provides clinical oversight and behavioral support within TERI's CAL and Country School programs. The BCBA is responsible for assessment, behavior support planning, data analysis, treatment development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with staff and families to support positive outcomes.

Your Role & Responsibilities –

Schedules will be coordinated based on program needs and candidate availability.
