Lasting Behavioral Solutions in Orange County, California, is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical decision making with strong ethics and compassion. You will supervise RBTs/BTs, oversee assessments for clients aged 2–28, and develop tailored behavior intervention plans within a collaborative team. Qualifications
