Job summary

TERI Inc in Oceanside, CA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will work closely with families, collect data, and contribute to meaningful progress for children and young adults.

This role emphasizes hands-on practice, professional mentorship, and flexible scheduling to support client needs across North San Diego County, with a culture focused on quality care and compassionate service.

Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services in home, classroom, clinic, or community-based settings preferred; training may be available for qualified candidates.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional, family-centered approach.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
  • Flexible availability for morning and/or afternoon sessions, with the ability to accommodate client scheduling needs.
  • Must successfully complete required pre-employment background clearance and drug screening.
  • Commitment: Minimum of Six-month commitment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized ABA services to children, young adults, and families in home-based settings throughout North San Diego County.
  • Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate data related to client behavior, skill development, and treatment progress.
  • Build positive relationships with clients and families while maintaining a professional, respectful, and family-centered approach.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and members of the clinical team to support consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable TERI, clinical, and professional standards

Your Role & Responsibilities –
