Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Professional Nursing Illinois license.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse (RN).
• Completion of BNA Instructor Train-the-Trainer course preferred.
• IDPH approved Illinois Evaluator Certification.
• Current AHA BLS healthcare provider CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides instruction through classroom theory/lecture and supervised clinical sessions.
• Constructs exams and assignments to evaluate student learning.
• Maintains student attendance and grading records.
• Prepares lessons to facilitate student learning.
• Consults with program coordinator to resolve issues.
