Touchmark on West Prospect in Appleton, WI is hiring a friendly Bistro Attendant / Barista & Bartender for a part-time role.

Serve coffee and specialty drinks, prepare light fare, mix cocktails, and help create a welcoming resident and guest experience in a social, hospitality-driven setting. Weekend rotations required; pay ranges $16.30–$17.50 per hour.

You’ll work with Dining Services and maintain safety and cleanliness while delivering personalized service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain within 1 month is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, and guests with warm, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve coffee, specialty drinks, food, and Bistro offerings.
• Mix and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-stocked Bistro.
• Process purchases and handle cash and other transactions.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with Dining Services to provide an exceptional resident experience.
