Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year bartending, cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a City of Appleton bartending license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and guest experience.
• Engage guests to increase sales opportunities including souvenirs, intermission drinks, specialty selections and online ordering.
• Maintain accuracy in cash and credit card transactions and comply with financial controls and standards.
• Ensure a safe environment and address concerns, including verifying guest ages and following health and safety protocols.
• Keep storage rooms, bars, catering kitchen and staff storage clean, organized and stocked as directed by supervisor.
• Communicate with staff via radio and complete cash handling reports as required.
• Adhere to the dress code at all times.
