Job summary

Pacific Hospitality Group seeks a part-time Bartender at Paséa Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach to deliver high-quality beverages and guest service. You will contribute to an energetic bar atmosphere, stock and maintain inventory, handle transactions, and ensure compliance with alcohol service guidelines.

The role requires two years of bartending experience, strong beverage knowledge, and professional communication skills to create memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of bartending experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, food service standards, guest relations, and bar menus.
• Ability to communicate professionally, multitask under pressure, and create memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages following recipes and portion-control standards.
• Provide attentive hospitality with knowledgeable recommendations of wines and spirits and accommodate dietary needs.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory, requisition liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar; manage opening/closing counts and shift documentation.
• Process cash, card, and room-charge transactions; balance tips and bank at shift end.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
