Responsibilities

• Upload documents into our software.
• Bill customers and issue payments to Carriers by check and ACH.
• Prepare monthly Excel reports per customer requirements.
• Email invoices or upload to customer portals as needed.
• Handle a high volume of billing and payment inquiries with clear communication.
