Job summary

A Gem of Joy ABA in Maryland is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, the RBT certification, and experience working with individuals with I/DD. Responsibilities include direct intervention with learners, implementing treatment plans, and maintaining relations with team members. Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Current, active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.
• 1 year experience with individuals with Autism or I/DD.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 intervention hours with learners as assigned.
• Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and caregivers.
