Atlantis Behavioral Health Services in El Paso, TX, is seeking an Experienced Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our team full-time. You will provide psychosocial rehabilitation and targeted case management to clients across clinic and community settings, under supervision of the Assistant Director of Case Management.

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with prior behavioral health case

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• Previous behavioral health case management experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial rehabilitation and case management per Medicaid guidelines.
• Coordinate, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain caseload with high-quality, person-centered services.
• Complete assessments, plans, progress notes, and documentation timely.
• Collaborate with medical providers, therapists, and intake staff.
• Respond to client needs and crises during scheduled hours.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
