Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a part-time Merchandiser for weekend coverage in Belton, MO. You will stock Coca-Cola beverage products, rotate stock for freshness, and ensure displays and end caps are fully stocked for customers.

Responsibilities include moving products between backroom and floor, maintaining displays, and coordinating with store personnel for inventory needs. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Create and adjust product displays; maintain signage and clean space; set aside defective product.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO and coordinate with store account manager.
• Process damaged product, re-packaging, and weekly stock rotation; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate account status and provide shift end recap via Teams with photos.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
