Job summary

Maison Métier, a boutique luxury hotel in New Orleans' Warehouse District, seeks a Bell Attendant to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and share information about amenities and local attractions.

You will coordinate with the Front Desk to ensure smooth arrivals and departures, maintain lobby and entryway cleanliness, and provide a welcoming, professional guest experience. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a hospitality or service-oriented role a plus.
• Skills and Knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
