Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Part-time Behavioral Health Aide in Bloomington, Indiana to assist clients with daily living activities and to lead therapeutic recreation. You will document behaviors, support clinical staff, and implement programs under supervision.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. An Associate degree and at least two years of related experience are required; substitution allowed for degree.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; two years of related work experience or two years of college coursework may substitute for degree requirement.
• Two years of related work or related college experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document client medication adherence per treatment plan.
• Assist clinical staff in meeting medical and health care needs.
• Assist in the implementation of programs as directed by supervisor.
• Lead group activities and implement individualized care plans as developed by the treatment team.
• Help clients learn basic needs and secure entitlements.
