Qualifications

• Education: Associates degree; two years of related work or college coursework may substitute for degree.
• Must have at least two years of related work or related college experience.

Responsibilities

• Observes and documents client compliance with medication regimes.
• Assists clinical staff in meeting and monitoring medical and health care needs.
• Assists in implementing programs as specified by supervisor.
• Facilitates group activities and implements individualized care plans.
• Helps clients learn to meet basic needs and secure entitlements.
