Job summary

Centerstone in Bloomington, IN is hiring a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to support adults with severe mental illness in group home settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor behaviors, and help deliver life-skills training under supervision.

Shifts are 10-27 hours per week with multiple weekday and weekend options. Two-year related experience or an associate degree is required, with benefits including health coverage and retirement plan, PTO, and ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Associates degree; two years of related work or college coursework may substitute for degree.
• Must have at least two years of related work or related college experience.

Responsibilities

• Observes and documents client medication compliance.
• Assists clinical staff in meeting and monitoring the client’s medical and health care needs.
• Assists in the implementation of programs as specified by supervisor.
• Facilitates group activities and implements individualized care plans.
