• Be able to obtain a Class E driver’s license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned patients and assist with daily living tasks.
• De-escalate volatile situations and enforce safety protocols.
• Document observations and interventions in charts or EHRs.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
• Contribute to discharge planning and community linkage.
