Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join the PACT team in Western Massachusetts. The role involves indirect and direct patient care, coordinating medical and psychiatric treatment, and supporting treatment plans.

A MAP certification is required within the introductory period, with a preference for at least 6 months in Human Service work. Requires RN or LPN licensure, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle for transporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in Human Service field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for all working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide indirect and direct services within the PACT program.
• Coordinate, schedule, and administer medical assessments and referrals.
• Manage pharmaceuticals and medical supplies under supervision.
• Coordinate medical and psychiatric treatment alongside the team.
• Ensure shift logs are completed and coverage is maintained across locations.
• Provide safe transportation to appointments using own vehicle when needed.
• Maintain documentation to support treatment plans and goals.
• Comply with OSHA guidelines and MAP policies.
