Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Licensed RN in the state with qualifying degree/experience: BSN with 1 year or diploma/Associate with 2 years.
• NCLEX passed; CPR certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and case management for assigned patients in home health.
