Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure in Tennessee (or compact licensure)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral healthcare, preferably with eating disorder clients
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments identifying medical needs and limitations.
• Transcribe and communicate physician orders; administer medications per MAR.
• Document observations and care plans in the electronic charting system.
• Coordinate pharmacy and lab orders and referrals with vendors as needed.
• Maintain secure handling of controlled medications and ensure accurate medication records.
