Job summary

MAS Community Health is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) in Casco, Maine. You will provide individualized support within clients' homes and the surrounding community, and you will transport clients in your own vehicle.

Flexibility to work afternoons/evenings/weekends, no certification required initially, with training provided. Competitive pay up to $27 per hour, plus benefits including insurance options, 401(k), PTO, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active BHP certification is not required; training provided.
• 1 year of experience with children is a plus (education, childcare, babysitting).
• Interest in early childhood education, social work, or psychology.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Ability to provide active motor vehicle insurance & registration.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing individualized support within clients' homes and surrounding community.
• Safely transporting the client in your own vehicle.
• Following the client’s treatment plan outlined by family and the case management team.
• Basic understanding of smartphone apps, email, and daily session notes; training available.

Requirements:

• An active BHP Certification is not required! Our team ensures you have all the tools to become an excellent BHP.
• 1 year of experience working with children is a plus. (I.e. education, childcare, babysitting/nannying, etc.)
• Interest in a career in early childhood education, social work, or psychology
• Flexibility to work some afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed
