Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Experience: New graduate with minimum 1 year experience preferred.
• Licenses: Maryland OT licensure; CPR/CPR for healthcare providers within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats referred patients 13+ using appropriate assessment tools and communicates findings.
• Formulates treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team and documents progress.
• Plans group treatment sessions and educates patients for growth and responsibility.
• Acts as a resource and mentor within the department and participates in staff orientation.
