• Evaluates and treats referred patients using appropriate assessment tools; documents findings and progress.
• Forms treatment plans and goals with the interdisciplinary team; educates patients for growth and responsibility.
• Plans group treatment sessions and coordinates care with staff; updates colleagues on progress.
• Maintains documentation, equipment, and supplies; ensures timely chart updates.
• Mentor responsibilities to staff and supervision of students/volunteers as needed.
