Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Wasilla, AK is seeking a part-time Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering behavioral health and substance use treatment services. The role supports therapists and case managers with assessments, group facilitation, documentation, and continuity of care in a patient-centered setting.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, licensure eligibility, and experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services; licensure eligibility.
• Licensure-eligible or pursuing licensure in behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings preferred.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics and professional standards of conduct.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation and understanding of patient needs and progress.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment support.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads in the absence of primary therapists, within scope of practice.
