Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a part-time Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering behavioral health, mental health, and substance use treatment services. The role supports therapists and case managers with assessments, group facilitation, treatment planning, documentation, and care continuity in a structured setting.

The position reports to Clinical Leadership and offers weekend hours (Sat-Sun 8:00am-4:30pm) with pay of $28.50–$31 hourly, depending on experience, education,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field with licensure eligibility.
• Licensure-eligibility or pursuing licensure preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, and clinical support skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews and support patient needs.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments (biopsychosocial) as required.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment support.
• Provide coverage for assigned caseloads in the absence of primary therapists.
• Support discharge planning and maintain compliant documentation.
