Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring Part-time, Hourly Behavior Therapist Interns in Westfield, NJ. You will provide direct ABA instruction, participate in collaborative team meetings, and support families with strategies for consistency at home and in the community.

Requirements include passion for children and families, and either 1 year of supervised experience or current undergraduate enrollment in psychology/healthcare/education. Training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• At least 1 year of experience with children in supervised settings or current enrollment in related undergraduate program.
• Willingness to work weekday afternoons and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction per BCBA plans.
• Participate in team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Debrief with families and share home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain program records.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
