Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to provide direct ABA instruction to children aged 2–21 in New Castle and surrounding areas. Therapists collaborate with BCBA and other therapists, communicate with families, and collect daily data while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Compensation is based on experience and education, with opportunities to participate in ongoing trainings and staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA preferred.
• Must have passion for working with children, families, and therapists.
• 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in supervised settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate frequently with family members providing debriefs and resources for home/community use.
• Collect daily data and update the child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality in line with state and federal regulations.
