Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Lancaster, PA is seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a part-time role (Mon-Fri, 10am-2pm). Join us to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with autism under a BCBA’s guidance.

You will collect behavior data, support progress, and access comprehensive paid RBT training, pay differentials for after-hours and weekend sessions, plus career advancement through HHF’s Fellowship and Rise programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children and families.
• Willingness to complete RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days.

Responsibilities

We're Looking for Someone With:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
