Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in clinics, home, or community settings. You will implement sessions designed by a BCBA, collect behavior data, and collaborate with a supportive team to monitor each child’s progress.

The role requires comfort with children, reliable transportation, and the ability to perform physical tasks; training will be provided, with RBT exam completion within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
