Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Savannah, GA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a part-time role. Starting pay is $24.60 per hour for RBT and $22.25 per hour for BT, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear career path through our ABA Academy of Excellence to help you prepare for and pass the RBT exam as required by the BACB, enabling growth within a rapidly expanding ABA

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships).
• Must be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation with valid license and insurance, and pass background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
