Job summary

AT PEACE CARE LLC seeks a Part-Time Behavior Technician / RBT to join our NJ team. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, 1:1 with clients in home, community, or clinic settings, and help track progress with accurate data collection.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, have a high school diploma, and demonstrate strong communication and reliability to support individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities in a compassionate care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during each session.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, community, or clinic settings.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians and family members to support client goals.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols consistently.

Requirements:

• RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician) preferred or willingness to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Must pass background check and meet state compliance requirements
