Job summary

At Peace Care is seeking a Part-Time BCBA to join our clinical team in New Jersey. This is a remote position with mostly remote supervision and limited in-home requirements, offering a flexible, part-time caseload.

You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and monitor client progress while ensuring ethical and insurer standards are met. Ideal candidates hold BCBA and NJ licensure eligibility, with experience serving autistic children.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification (required).
• NJ Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligible for NJ licensure.
• Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Comfortable with a flexible, part-time caseload.
• Experience with insurance-based ABA services is a plus.
