Job summary

WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will assist BCBA/LBA in implementing individualized plans for clients with ASD, across homes, schools, and centers.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA therapy, data collection, and supporting families. The role offers growth opportunities, including RBT certification and credentialing pathways, with a focus on using iPads for task completion.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment.
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
• Experience working with children with ASD.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA.
