Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician for Mountville, PA. You will deliver ABA-based interventions, build rapport with clients and families, and collect data to support individualized goals.

Responsibilities include participating in trainings and supervision, while maintaining administrative tasks to ensure ongoing success of clients and the clinical team. A sign-on bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, psychology, counseling or related field.
• Background checks completed satisfactorily.
• CPR and First Aid certification valid.
• Reliable transportation to assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral intervention based on ABA principles.
• Establish rapport with client, family and caregivers.
• Collect accurate data per program specs.
• Attend trainings, supervision, and team meetings.
• Maintain non-clinical duties to support families and team.
