Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) is seeking a Part-time Behavior Technician to support clients in Horsham and nearby PA locations. No experience required for a 4-week paid training to become an RBT, with potential for a credential-based pay increase.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification valid at time of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, psychology, sociology or behavioral health preferred.
• Background checks completed as required by state and provider.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis to develop skills or reduce problem behaviors.
• Establishes and maintains therapeutic relationships with client, caregiver and family.
• Collects accurate data per program specifications.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical duties for program success.
• Attends trainings and supervision meetings as scheduled; participates in administrative meetings.
• Acts as a mandated reporter and reports suspected abuse or neglect according to state law.
