Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy in various settings, helping clients build communication and daily living skills. You’ll work under BCBA supervision and contribute to data collection and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience, internships or related roles.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality; document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in meetings.
