Job summary

ABA Centers of Connecticut in North Haven, CT is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician (BT) to support clients with autism through ABA therapy. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and a clear path toward RBT certification, with schedules aligned to Monday–Friday afternoons and Saturdays per current needs.

You will work under BCBA supervision delivering services in homes, schools, and clinics, tracking progress and maintaining data accuracy, while enjoying benefits and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Experience in childcare, education, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality.
• Document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
