Job summary

Starting pay for BT is $22.25 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, training, and education. The role offers paid training, mentorship, and potential referral bonuses for advancing to RBT or BCBA levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, clinics or other venues as needed.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills and track progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and training.
• Provide administrative and clinical support as needed.
