Job summary

ABA Centers of America is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles in Lowell / Tewksbury / Stoneham, MA. Required availability is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–8:00 PM with potential Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Starting rates: BT $22.60/hour; RBT $24.80/hour.

Final compensation is based on experience, training, and education. We offer paid training, mentorship, and a clear advancement path, including the ABA Academy to prepare for the RBT exam.

Qualifications

• Availability Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–8:00 PM; possible Saturdays 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• Starting pay varies by role: BT $22.60/hour; RBT $24.80/hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, clinics, or other venues per client needs.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain quality of documentation.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and families.
