Job summary

360 Behavioral Health in the United States is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to support children and teens with developmental disabilities. You will implement ABA plans, provide 1:1 therapy, and track progress to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role requires a high school diploma, a genuine passion for helping youth, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, with a path to full-time as needed and mileage/phone expense reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping children and teens grow.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 client support for children/teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Follow ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide consistent therapy with at least 15 hours per week.
• Track progress by collecting and recording data.
• Use structured activities to foster learning and growth.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain HIPAA and company policy compliance.
